The Swarthmore Borough Hall is accessible by Route 320/Chester Rd. from the north & south. Take I-476 to Exit 3 to Baltimore Pike toward Springfield and Swarthmore. Turn right from Baltimore Pike onto Rte. 320 South. Follow 320 South into Swarthmore. Make a left U-turn immediately after passing under the train tracks. Then after going one block make a right at the stop sign. The Borough Hall is visible ahead, with a parking lot in front.
