The Green Party of Allegheny County (GPoAC) is having our next Communications Team meeting on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. We will discuss:

• Searching for relevant news articles to share and add to website
• Sorting photos on the Google Drive
• Developing guidelines for moderating Facebook comments

Whether you are artistic and creative or well-informed and opinionated, we would love to find a way to you to use your talents and skills!

"The Howmet Accountability Project will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at 6PM till 8 PM at the Friends Meeting House, 4836 Ellsworth Avenue, Pgh, PA 15213.

We will be soliciting your input as we develop our strategy for the 2025 campaign to get home town company, Howmet Aerospace to stop supplying parts for the F-35, the jet most commonly used in the bombardment of Palestinian homes and infrastructure in Gaza."

This meeting will be followed by a quick GPOAC Palestine Working Group meeting.

Welcome to our first ever virtual onbaording event!

During this event we hope to introduce ourselves, and learn more about you.

We will discuss how the Green Party of PA operates, a brief introduction to the Green Party of the US, our caucuses, our leadership structure, our working groups, and how to get involved in your area! 

If you live in a part of PA that is not recognized as an organized chapter, we will briefly go over how to start your own local chapter. 

Lastly, we will open the floor to Q&A where you can get your questions answered by various members. 

We're excited to build on the momentum we saw in 2024, and we hope you'll join us!

On Inauguration Day, people will come together in Lancaster to demand a future that centers the needs of the people over the interests of the wealthy elite. With voices raised for workers’ rights, immigrant rights, and environmental justice, we will call for an end to the genocide in Gaza, the U.S. war machine, and the rule of billionaires.

This is a voting meeting for the Lancaster County Greens. Elections will be held for chairs, treasurere, secretarty and county delegates.
