The next meeting will be during the primary February 27th.
The Green Party of Philadelphia is asking Green Party Chapters across the United States to host a watch party for this event, and invite community organizations and members to a community service event to get people out of the cold on January 23rd and give them the opportunity to watch the Presidential Forum with a distribution of mutual aid such as a warm meal, or blankets. Please consider hosting a watch party and we will upload the information about that. Please email the event hosts if you are hosting a watch party.
The theme of this event will be historically excluded communities. We want to make sure that people who are disabled, homeless, recently incarcerated, separated from their families due to incarceration, etc have access to a forum that will address them directly. We acknowledge that we as an organization need to improve our outreach and organizing to historically excluded groups of people, and we want to acknowledge that by organizing a target audience of these groups of people and serving them directly. We thank Poor People's Economic Human Rights Campaign for making this event possible.
