I would like to invite you to a Live Session with the GPPA Treasurer occuring on Saturday January 2nd at 10am. RSVP to receive the meeting log-in information.
During January a few big things happen for the GPPA Treasurer... 1) Close of fiscal year accounting 2) Annual campaign finance reports to both the PADOS and the FEC 3) benchmarking end of year financials in the 2021 budget. All this involves the internal GPPA ledger, the PADOS online reporting tool, and the FEC eFile software.
The concept for this live session is that the group will spend 1-2 hours with the GPPA Treasurer as portions of the above reports are completed. Get familiar with the tools and ask questions. Super informal.

This meeting is ideal for those who are doing Treasurer work with their county chapters or federal/state/local campaigns or who are interested in learning Treasurer work for the future. Please notify those who may be doing this work so we can share knowledge and build on our experiences.
Although it will be super informal this is not something considered public or for general interest. During the meeting we'll be dealing with the financial data of GPPA in draft contexts and all information legally required to be reported will be the outcome of the meeting.
