• Green Party New Jersey, 10 am to 4 pm ET: The Green Party of New Jersey will hold its state convention (http://www.gpnj.org/2014_annual_convention). Featured speaker Howie Hawkins, Green Party candidate for Governor of New York (http://www.howiehawkins.org), will speak at 3 pm.

• Maine Independent Green Party, 7 pm to 9 pm ET: The Maine Green Independent Party will celebrate its 30th anniversary at the Senator Inn in Augusta (http://www.mainegreens.org). Guest speakers include State Senate candidate Asher Platts (http://asherplatts.nationbuilder.com), 2004 Green vice-presidential nominee Pat LaMarche, Green Party co-founder John Rensenbrink, and former Green gubernatorial candidate John Carter.

The Green Party of the United States will hold its 2014 Annual National Meeting in St. Paul, Minn., July 24-27 (http://2014greenpartyconvention.org).
