We will be discussing how to provide logistical support to smaller local chapters, as well as the Green Party of Pennsylvania as a whole. This may include but is not limited to:
- Providing support for the September 2023 GPPA State Committee meeting in Philadelphia
- Getting updated delegate status and contact information
- Working out any hybrid meeting voting logistics
- Ensuring that accessibility and security concerns are addressed
- Developing an on-boarding process for new members
- Developing training guides:
- Slack
- Zoom
- NationBuilder

Auditing the GPPA website for updates
- Highlighting local Green campaigns
- Draw attention to the Green Party in the news
*While these meetings are intended to be held quarterly, we may decide to hold them more often for a while, in order to catch up on things that have fallen by the wayside, especially as a presidential election year looms. We anticipate a lot of fresh interest in the Green Party, and we need to be prepared for it!
