Come join us for our second Adopt a Highway Clean Up! We had fun at the last one, and hopefully this one won't be so blazing hot! You don't need to bring anything but yourself- PennDOT supplies all the cleaning needs. If you want to help out, you must sign a waiver for PennDOT.
